As a leader in the Fintech industry, KBZ Pay faced the difficult task of finding new growth in a market that was already very crowded. The biggest challenge was "Market Penetration", trying to reach and convince the remaining 23.6 million people who had not yet started using digital wallets. We needed to scale up app installs over a three-month period while keeping the costs low. It wasn't just about making people see the brand; we had to make sure that interested users actually finished the installation process and started using the app.
To meet these ambitious goals, DKMads developed a high-scale performance marketing strategy. We started by targeting a massive audience of 23.6 million people across the country. By using smart segmentation, we focused our ads on the people most likely to need digital financial services. To make sure the budget was used wisely, we carefully managed where the ads appeared. This resulted in a "viewability rate" of 75%, which is much higher than the usual 50% industry standard, ensuring that our ads were actually being seen by potential users.
During the 90-day campaign, our team monitored data every day. This allowed us to move the budget in real-time toward the ads that were performing the best. We also created ads that focused on how easy and secure the KBZ Pay app is to use. This "engagement-first" approach helped us drive over 122,000 clicks. By constantly optimizing our tactics, we were able to turn millions of digital impressions into a steady stream of new app installs.
The campaign was a major success, delivering exceptional growth for KBZ Pay. We achieved over 124,000 total installs, which was 101% of our original target. With more than 31 million total impressions and a very solid install rate, the results proved that our performance tactics were the right choice for a large-scale Fintech brand.
Duration: 3 Months
Planned KPIs: 123,700 App Installs
Audience Size: 23.6 Million
Targeting: Male/Female, Age 18+
In conclusion, the KBZ Pay campaign highlights the importance of data-driven scaling in a competitive market. By combining massive reach with precise targeting and high ad visibility, DKMads successfully helped the country’s leading digital wallet grow even further. This project shows our expertise in managing long-term, high-budget campaigns that deliver real, measurable results for the Fintech sector.
